• Please record the unboxing process to back up your claims in case of dispute, as multiple scam incidents have damaged us financially in past sales. If you do not have an unboxing recording to back up the claim, then we cannot offer partial refunds or replacements

  • Please check the appearance and content thoroughly before building. If you see any noticeable flaws/scratches on the external surfaces or any parts missing, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We’ll not be responsible for any flaws/scratches found after building. We’ll not provide any replacement for parts missing reported 30 days after delivery.

  • Appearance

    • Services and warranties regarding cosmetic imperfections are not applicable after one month of delivery.
    • Regarding the quality standard, all the internal CNC marks and imperfections are within the acceptable range.
    • On all other surfaces and edges, blemishes under 3.01mm are approved.

    • Gaps and creases under 2.00mm are approved.
    • Other than the case itself, all parts with cosmetic imperfections will not be replaced unless the function is damaged due to usage.

  • Functionality

    • Warranty is only applicable to the first owner who purchased
    • Our warranty covers the PCB for one year of use, or if it is dead on arrival without any modification
      • Mill-maxing PCB will void your warranty
      • Tape modding is not recommended
    • Broken parts due to human error, such as damaged cases due to screwing, are not covered.
    • Lastly, we are not Keycult, Rama, or Cannonkeys, so don’t expect Keycult-level standards, but we strive to give you the best quality.

    To quote Keycult, “Low-volume manufacturing is error-prone, and while we do our best to avoid issues through sampling and prototyping, it is not always possible to avoid all issues in the production run.”
